OUR ORGANIZATION
Dick Pacific has an experienced team of
professionals to undertake all construction challenges – from new
construction to renovation and tenant fitout. Our diversity spans
areas around the Pacific Rim that include Hawaii, Guam, and the
Western U.S. We employ more than 200 professional construction
management staff and 500 field personnel.
Our organization has independently managed groups to
address the special needs of our clients in the areas they service.
Commercial / Special Projects (Hawaii)
has
built a reputation for projects completed on time & on budget.
Their project background includes the new construction and
renovation of major hotels and health care facilities in the State.
They specialize in working with clients with difficult and complex
schedules or production requirements, and recognize the special
requirements needed to work in an operating facility where the
guests, patients and residents are of primary concern.
Federal / Public Group (Hawaii)
focuses on both
design-build and bid-build projects for the Federal, State and City
& County. They have fulfilled contracts at five major military
bases in Hawaii that include Pearl Harbor, Kaneohe Marine Corps Base
Hawaii, Schofield Barracks, Camp H. M. Smith, and Wheeler Army
Airfield. This group has also built local government facilities on
all the major islands in the State.
Heavy, Power, and Industrial (Hawaii) targets
heavy industrial and civil engineering type work that includes
roadways, power plants, bridges and industrial buildings. This
group’s project diversity includes work in both the private and
public sectors involving bid-build and design-build projects.
Dick Pacific (Guam) is
a recognized leader in the industry throughout the North Pacific
region. Since establishing operations in Guam in 1985, they have
steadily expanded to meet the growing construction needs of private
and public clients. They are a diversified group with experience in
new and renovated institutional, retail, hotel, recreational,
offices, and industrial facilities. A part of this group is Bishman
Continental Services (BCS) a mechanical and electrical contractor
that provides services for Dick Pacific and other companies in Guam.
Dick Pacific
(West)
regional office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This group has a
strong representation with projects with the Federal Bureau of
Prisons, as well as commercial buildings in the private sector. |
