Design-build of an 1100-inmate penitentiary and prison for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Penitentiary is the high security portion of this complex and has 896 cells and the Prison Camp, located outside the secure compound, houses 140 inmates. This project received the “2006 Marvin M. Black” Partnering Award from the AGC of America.

Bassett Hospital Replacement

Three-story 300,000 sf hospital with health care facilities for internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, and emergency care. A Central Energy Plant provides the facility with electrical power, steam generation, water, and fuel storage.
