| One of Dick Pacific’s largest hospitality achievements is the Grand Wailea Resort on the Island of Maui. With our unique expertise, we worked with the hotel’s owner, designer and operator across multiple time zones and different continents. We made key recommendations to the owner, such as phasing-in the completion, so they could enjoy early occupancy in several wings and common areas. And our experience in high-end hotels meant we scrutinized every detail to ensure that the hotel’s construction lived up to the resort’s five-star rating. We are proud to have brought to life the owner and operator’s unique vision, and today -- eight years later -- the hotel still consistently ranks among the world’s top resorts. |
