COMETE BUILDING

| One of Dick Pacific’s most exciting retail projects is Gameworks in the Comete Building, an epic entertainment center at Guam’s Tumon Bay. This fast-track, three-and-a-half month project covers about 35,000 square feet of interior space and includes multiple theme parks for unending adventure, bars and restaurants.
To meet the challenges of this fast-paced scheduled, Dick Pacific’s expert construction team who are knowledgeable about availability of materials and delivery schedules in the Pacific, were able to recommend product and material substitutions to the Client – thus saving time and money.
